Return & Refund Policy
We Want You to Be Happy with Your Plushie!
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If, for any reason, you're not completely in love with your new crochet plushie, we're here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on all plushies within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your plushie must be:
- In its original condition (unused and unwashed)
- Free from any pet hair, stains, or odors
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at b.genuinehawaii@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship Your Plushie: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and inspect the plushie, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
We offer refunds for items that are returned in accordance with our return policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized plushies
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different plushie, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective plushie, we’re truly sorry! Please email us at b.genuinehawaii@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
